Let's capture your family exactly how you are at this moment. Yes, I will get a few of the classic "say cheese" photo (or I'll try my best too) But then be prepared to play! To cuddle, to laugh, and to have fun! You'll notice there is only one photo on this page of everyone looking at the camera and smiling. That's because a majority of my work isn't this. After we snap this one we'll move on to the fun stuff. I'll have you dancing, playing games, and making memories. It is so important to come prepared to have fun and relax!

My family sessions are considered lifestyle sessions. I like to add in some movement and prompts to capture real life moments. Before your session I send out a questionnaire to get to know your family a little better and I encourage families to bring props and share any creative ideas with me! All of my sessions include your session time and access to the digital edited images. The session times vary, but you can expect to spend around 30-60 minutes together. Your photos will be delivered through an online gallery for you to select your favorites or instantly download with full printing rights! You will receive all of the best edited images with no extra fees for digital images.

The whole package! My full session time of 40-60 minutes plus all of the edited images in your online gallery. You can expect 60+ beautifully edited images showcasing your family's life and love in this moment. You choose the location and can get as creative as you want!

Package 02
My most popular session offering! Perfect for repeat clients! Your kiddos have already warmed up to me and know the drill so they no longer need the full hour! These sessions are usually stacked with other families in the same evening so the location is chosen by me ahead of time! If you are interested in this session offering but at a certain location please let me know when inquiring.

If you're seeing this page you're probably thinking about having me capture your family and I am SO stoked you're here! I'm Kaite, I'm a mom to 4 littles, a wife, and caffeine enthusiast. Is that a thing? Ha! Having 4 kids taught me a lot. Like patience, an ability to be un-phased by chaos, and also an appreciation for the small moments. I love cats, crafting, and colorful photos. Where will the session be?
I have a handful of locations I like to use but I am always open to suggestions! If your family has a special or creative location you'd like to use I'd love to hear about it! You'll receive a prep guide upon booking with more information on locations.
What time will the session be?
To get the best lighting I like to do my sessions first thing in the morning or in the two hours before the sunset. I know in the summer the sun can set pretty late and past kids bedtimes. There is the option of doing your session bright & early! Or keeping the kids up past their bedtime just once (;
what should we wear?
This is so important! Your outfits are just as important as the location and photographer you choose! I offer a complimentary styling guide through Style & Select. Using this service you can choose color schemes, styles, and they will give you direct links to products!
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If there is a 40% chance of rain or high wind the hour before or during your session I will recommend rescheduling. I like to wait until noon the day of your session to make this decision since weather in Michigan can change often!
